Oklahoma Medical Assistant Society (OMAS) is EXCITED to announce we will be hosting the 2024 Southwest Regional Educational Seminar. It will be held on July 19th-21st (Fri-Sun) in OKC, OK. Our host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn in Bricktown (OKC). Participants can earn as many as 12 CEU's by attending!

Who are the Southwest Regional Members?
The AAMA divided the National states into five regions as a leadership/membership opportunity for those who could not attend the AAMA National Conferences. The Southwest is the only remaining region that continues to meet annually in the summer.
Part of the CSMA's President's job responsibilities include representing California at the SWR. Any CSMA member, affiliate, associate or student who is interested may attend. Continuing Education will be offered as well as networking opportunities.
The meeting takes place the 3rd weekend in July with the "host" state rotating alphabetically yearly.

Memorial- Ann Naegele, CMA (AAMA)Our beloved Ann Naegele passed away on July 23, 2023. The 2023 South West Regional was held in Houston, Texas and many of the participants were anticipating to see her there, we all needed a dose of that vibrant smile, positive attitude and heart of gold!
